Cheap Stocks Weekly Update March 21st 2014

We were up 3.1% last week, and are up 7.2% for 2014. The DOW was up 1.5% and NASDAQ was up .7%. For the year, the DOW is down 1.7% and NASDAQ is up 2.4%
