CCUR entered an agreement to sell its remaining operating business today for $29 million. After the transaction the company will have about $67 million on cash (Just over $7 a share and no operating business. Time to leave on this. Adding all the dividends $2.40 per share) received over the years to our  sales proceeds we have a 90% return on our original cost of $4.58 a share.

I cashed out of EGAN yesterday for a 56% gain in less than a month.
