Well the month is over.

I ended up 12.5% YTD and up 2.9% for the week.

SCOR sold a division and paid off all their bank debt and then named a new CEO. The stock bounced off its lows, but is still stuck around $8. They will have an “investor day” on June 10th to hopefully tell us what is going on post sale.

EDAP announced they changed their name to FocalTherics and will reclassify it’s legacy distribution and Litho business as discontinued. All in all, a nothing burger. They will have an “investor day” tomorrow. Maybe they will announce something significant, but I doubt it.

PERI is trading at a PE of less than 1, net of their $7.50 a share cash hoard. Just stupid.

I bought a little of Kopin last week as a “story stock”. Just above breakeven on it now.
