Concurrent Computer earnings update-10/28/2014.

CCUR announced Q1 2015 (September 30, 2014) earnings after the close. Revenues were $17.5 million, up from $17.2 million last year and EPS was $.04 down from $.08 last year. Net cash was $2.92 per share. Overall an OK quarter. Our valuation was $14.80 up from $14.55 last year (down from last quarter) after we have collected $.48 worth of dividend payments. CCUR is trading at 52% of our valuation and cash is 38% of the market cap. Shares closed at $7.65 on 10/28.

Extreme Networks earnings update-10/28/2014.

EXTR announced Q1 2015 (September 30, 2014) earnings after the close. Revenues were $137.1 million non-GAAP EPS was a loss of $.01. Net cash was $2.92 per share. Overall an OK quarter. Our valuation came in a little better than expected after their preannounced revenue miss for the quarter at $8.24. Guidance for next quarter is revenue of about $140 to $150 million and non-GAAP EPS of $.03 to $.07 a share. Shares closed at $3.30 on 10/28. EXTR is trading at 40% of our valuation

ARI Networks earnings update-10/28/2014

ARI announced Q4 2014 (July 31, 2014) earnings after the close. Revenues were $8.5 million up slightly from $8.4 million the prior year. EPS was a profit of $.01 compared to a loss of $.02 last year. ARI’s valuation continued to creep up—to $6.02. Over 90% of their revenues are recurring revenues. Shares closed at $2.86 on 10/28. ARIS is trading at 47% of our valuation.
