I bought some SCOR today at $15.30. My valuation is around $45 a share. Good company, but their $188 million of convertible preferred stock is the issue. It is owned by strategic investors, not financial investors, but it is still the negative weighing on the stock price.

Q4 earnings today were mixed. Revenues were a record at $21.3 million, but they managed to lose $5.5 million. Endometriosis is progressing and hopefully gets approved later this year. They maybe we have a huge winner here. My valuation rose to $7.64.

IRIX announced Q4 earnings today. My valuation dropped to $4.31 from $4.81. Q4 revenues were disrupted by the Medicare snafu in Q4. They say they are on the verge of selling “certain assets”. Who knows what that means. But they say it will happen “soon”.

They released earnings last week. All seems on the right track to a profitable 2024. My valuation based on their guidance is $18.28.

Q4 earnings were just fine. They made $.44 per ADR for the year and had $1.83 an ADR in net cash. My valuation rose to $12.40 from $12.01. They claim they are not doing any acquisitions for a while, so cash should continue to build up.

I sold my remaining shares in MIXT yesterday and today at $9.65 for a 45% gain.
